Megan Boyce
Associate Dir., Executive Compensation & Board Advisory at WillisTowersWatson (WTW)
Megan is an Associate Director in WTW’s Work & Rewards practice based in the Metro New York office. She currently serves as the Leader of the North America Work & Rewards Retail & Consumer Goods industry team. Megan has experience working with management teams and compensation committees, both public and private.
Megan’s most recent experience has been in the areas of board advisory, career framework design and review, compensation structure development, Executive compensation design & governance and annual and long-term incentive design.
Megan received a B.S. in Applied Mathematics & Statistics and Economics from Stony Brook University and is currently pursuing her MBA at New York University’s Stern School of Business.
