You’ll learn how to identify the "hero" in your data, use visualizations that actually stick, and turn your annual compensation cycle into a narrative that resonates with employees and senior leadership alike.

Keith Fortier - Director, Product Analytics
Keith is a compensation industry veteran, with experience across a wide variety of market pricing and compensation technology and data solutions. Over the course of his career, he’s worked closely with technology product teams and practitioners to support aligning technology and services with the challenges faced by compensation teams. A key member of the product team at Bettercomp, Keith is passionate about understanding of Bettercomp users and developing new ways to better address their needs.
Alice Kirchhoff - Director, Marketing
Alice Kirchoff is Bettercomp’s Marketing Director. She has worked at all sorts of companies—from a large public accounting firm to a tiny 5-person app developer— across a wide array of industries, but she’s particularly drawn to mission-driven startups that are making a difference in their customers' lives. She loves that marketing is one of the most fundamental aspects of business, and that when done well, it can help companies find the customers who will get the greatest value from their offering and educate the market so they can make informed decisions. At Bettercomp, she’s enjoyed building the marketing function from the ground up and bringing together a phenomenal team that makes a real difference in how organizations address compensation.
