Joseph Abraham
Managing Director

Joe has a Degree in Economics, is a Certified Compensation Professional and has a University of Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Education. He has over 20 years of experience and most recently was the Corporate Vice President of Total Rewards, HR Systems and HR Data Analytics at Domino’s Pizza. He has experience working in both the public and private sectors, has Big 4 consulting experience and is a trusted board advisor. Joe has overseen all areas of Total Rewards including Exec Compensation, Broad-based Comp, Incentive Plan Design, Health and Wellness, Global Mobility and HR System Evaluation and Implementations. He has led several business transitions and transactions including IPO, Mergers, Re-capitalizations, Stock Option Exchanges and Special Dividends. The sectors of his expertise are Retail and Restaurant, Consumer Products, Wholesale and Distribution, Healthcare, Automotive Manufacturing, and Public. At PwC, Joe helps clients find the value they are seeking, while building strong relationships and partnering with our clients to solve their business challenges. PwC is broad, deep and global and has a leading HR practice called People and Organization. They have over 200,000 professionals and more than 10,000 specialists in various HR Topics. PwC services encompass everything HR: talent, strategy, structure, rewards, technology, change, culture, analytics, mobility, HR M&A, tax and accounting, etc. Joe focuses on addressing client business issues through understanding the strategic needs and objectives of the business and leveraging capabilities within PwC to develop solutions that work for our customers. He is also becoming and serving as a trusted advisor.
Brian Copeland
Manager
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP
Brian Copeland is a Manager in PwC’s People & Organization Practice. He has experience in the private, public, and not-for profit sectors. Brian has worked with organizations to identify their employee value proposition, focusing on total rewards, career progression, and upskilling strategy. He has conducted executive and broad-based compensation studies, designed and analyzed salary structures, sales plans, and incentive plans, conducted job architecture and skills assessments, and advised on compensation governance and leading practices. Brian also has extensive experience in supporting people and compensation changes and challenges during transactions.
Brian is a graduate of Bucknell University where he received his B.A in Economics. He has also attained a PHR certification.
