Presentation Overview:
This session will cover: Why companies should care about ensuring fair pay. How they are assessing their current state to take meaningful steps to ensuring their pay programs are designed and delivered to meet their pay as well as broader Inclusion and Diversity objectives. How companies are being responsive to emerging legislative changes and increasing transparency when it comes to pay practices.
Lori Wisper, Senior Director Rewards at Willis Towers Watson
Lori Wisper is a Senior Director in Willis Towers Watson’s Rewards, Talent and Communication business and leads the Rewards line of business in Chicago. She has more than 25 years of experience both in consulting and corporate HR, primarily focused on compensation strategy, program design and processes. Lori has consulted with clients on broad-based compensation and talent management issues including global compensation strategy and design, global job leveling and career frameworks, total compensation strategy, wage and hour regulatory compliance assessments, incentive plan and base salary design, sales effectiveness and sales compensation, performance management and compensation processes and administration.
Mariann Madden, Director, Rewards at Willis Towers Watson
Mariann Madden is a Rewards Director based in Willis Towers Watson’s Chicago office. She has over 20 years of experience as an advisor to external clients, organizational leaders and internal practitioners on global total rewards and organizational development matters. Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson in 2014, Mariann served in organizational development, talent management, and compensation consulting roles at Heitman LLC, Deloitte Consulting LLP, and Arthur Andersen LLP.
Shelly Beiting, Executive Director, City of Columbus Women’s Commission
Shelly Beiting has over 15 years of experience in public health and non-profit leadership. She has a passion for advocacy and removing barriers in the community through working collaboratively to strengthen the community and City of Columbus. She has a strong skill set in convening and facilitating conversations that will help the City explore and identify where the Administration can place their efforts to promote equity in our community.
