The Total Rewards Analyst will analyze data to support our compensation programs for all employees across our business. This individual will also assist in general HR operational duties. Participates in surveys, benchmarks jobs, delivers reporting and insights, and helps to ensure compensation programs are compliant and competitive. Participates in the development of compensation plan changes and job architecture. Supports HR operations with duties around onboarding, offboarding and general tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Compensation Consulting

  • Responds  to basic compensation policies and practices inquiries.
  • Assists in the design and implementation of base pay structures, incentive programs, and equity plans that reflect the organization's compensation philosophy.
  • Seen as a collaborator and advisor to the business as well as HR Partners, Finance and HR teams in the analysis and administration of compensation program.
  • Partners with leaders, HR Operations regarding benefit, compensation expenses and analysis.
  • Assists in creating and implementing a job architecture designed for the business.

Compensation Administration

  • Assists with the administration of the annual merit and promotion processes.
  • Participates in the development and administration of the sales compensation plans.
  • Engages in both short term and long-term incentive reviews and analysis as needed.
  • Supports internal and external offer recommendations.
  • Assists in the creation, documentation, maintenance, and administration of compensation policies and procedures.
  • Leverage compliance practices to build a pay-transparency based environment and incorporate legal compensation best practices.

Benchmarking & Reporting

  • Conducts and participates in local and national compensation surveys.
  • Analyze job content to determine FLSA exemption status and job pay grades based upon the market pricing of the role, while analyzing internal peers and external market competitiveness.
  • Assists with the annual review of pay structure changes and provides recommendations for changes based on market and internal analysis for various areas of the business.
  • Supports administration of the benchmarking system.
  • Responsible  for regular metrics, reporting, and analytics for various functions within Total Rewards including, compensation, benefits and talent acquisition.
  • Supports ad hoc analysis and reporting for HR partners as requested for area of responsibility.

HR Operations Support

  • ·       Owns the talent acquisition process by providing oversight for job postings, offer process, approvals and document retention.  
  • ·       Onboards employees by gathering paperwork, conducting background checks and hosting orientation. Offboards employees by ensuring completion of exit interviews, coordinating exit items, and managing outplacement.
  • ·       Works closely with TA firm to keep track of current openings and manages overall recruiting metrics.
  • ·       Assists HR Operations team with ongoing and seasonal based projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (HR, business, finance, accounting) or related experience.
  • 3+ years compensation experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
  • ADP WFN experience a plus.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Unquestioned integrity and ethics to handle sensitive situations and confidential information.
