Presentation overview

As wage transparency continues to receive greater attention and advocacy, it is essential that companies understand the real-time, local market rates for jobs in order to successfully win the competition to attract and keep the talent they need.  Cary Sparrow, CEO of WageScape, will discuss what data is saying about the adoption of pay transparency, explore real-time pay trends for this rapidly-changing labor market, and demonstrate why real-time market data is an essential addition to any compensation toolkit.
