Regardless of whether pay transparency and salary history legislation have landed in your state or not, laws are being proposed and passed from coast to coast. Depending on how many proposed bills pass in 2023, this year may overtake 2022 as the official “Year of Pay Transparency.” During this session, we will discuss the impact these laws are having on pay practices and strategies across the U.S. We’ll also cover what’s on the legislative horizon, the response from employees, and how employers are implementing solutions to meet pay transparency requirements
