Legislation, employee demand, and the competitive landscape are all pushing toward pay transparency, particularly when it comes to job postings. We will discuss the work your comp teams did yesterday that you can use as a foundation for a more transparent program, the analyses you should do today to prepare, and what you can do tomorrow (or, you know, next year) to future-proof your compensation program.
CHRIS MARTIN, Labor Economist at Syndio
Chris Martin is a labor economist who focuses on issues of identity-based exclusion in the workplace. His original research has explored pay and opportunity gaps, the impact of salary history disclosure on job offers, and the link between employee engagement and compensation. Prior to joining Syndio, Chris was the resident statistician on the Inclusion & Diversity team at Starbucks.
