An initiative of the Columbus Compensation Association (CCA) is to reach out to the community to help non-profit organizations with any compensation needs. The goal of this initiative is to support non-profit organizations that have paid employees by providing compensation related support. This support includes some of the following activities:
The mission of the CCA is to develop and connect Compensation Professionals and expand the awareness of the Compensation profession in Central Ohio through educational seminars, member forums, cost-effective access to certification classes, and networking opportunities. We also encourage the practice of professional ethics related to the field. We feel that being able to offer an opportunity to give back to the community encourages the development of our members, awareness of the profession, and the opportunity to work with Compensation Professionals other than those they work with on a daily basis.
