The Policy & Process Implementation Analyst is responsible for supporting implementation of key policies and associated processes during a university-wide, broad-based compensation program implementation. Project completion is anticipated within a two year window and will be coincident with an HRIS implementation and an HR operating model redesign. Policy changes may emanate from any of these projects or a combination thereof.
The Policy & Process Implementation Analyst is accountable for conducting analysis to determine the feasibility of proposed policy and process changes including gathering stakeholder feedback. Guidance will be provided on what analysis to conduct and how to structure the analysis. This may include financial analysis, impact analysis, change analysis, and determining the scope of proposed policy and process changes. Partners with Employee Relations and Compensation resources to draft updated policy language and engage in the university policy update process. Partners with Compensation, HRIS, and HR Service Delivery resources to design the processes associated with the proposed policies. Collaborates on the project plans to implement proposed policies and associated processes.
Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; two years (four preferred) of progressive, Total Rewards, Human Resources, or comparable experience with project or policy implementation experience within a higher education setting; excellent written communication skills. Experience with financial costing and change management; experience with formal project and change management methodologies, preferred.

- Target Hiring Range: $47,476 – 47,500
