Compensation Sr. Analyst
The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center
Assists in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of classification and compensation programs. Specific responsibilities include assisting with reviewing organizational structures/restructures; assisting with classification & determination of grade levels based on market &/or equity; participates in assigned salary surveys; assisting with analysis of market data to determine external and internal equity of pay ranges and pay practices; assisting in developing and maintaining performance management systems; consulting with HR Recruiters and Directors to determine the appropriate level of pay for new hires and internal transfers; and serving as a resource to HR Shared Services team members in the recruitment and retention of staff. This position will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of salary structures and position management.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of two years in Compensation administration. Experience with variable pay programs a plus. CCP, PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft or Workday experience preferred.
