As a Compensation Administration Senior Analyst, you'll assist with implementing and administering various compensation programs across the company. You'll provide support to Compensation team members, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and business unit customers; routinely with the assistance of the team leader. Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides support, analysis and administration of compensation programs for various associate groups, including exempt, non-exempt and management.

  • Supports the functionality for compensation processes for associate salary planning and administration, executive compensation, short and long-range incentive, compensation documentation and data management.

  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of information in internal systems. Troubleshoots, analyzes, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies. May be responsible for maintaining and responding to centralized email.

  • Conducts data analysis and modeling with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Assists with survey vendor management process including system administration, survey invoices, and responding to questions from survey vendors.

  • Establishes collaborative relationships with peers, Human Resources (HR) partners and business unit leaders. Represents compensation interests and simultaneously responds to the needs of the business unit; resolves issues with minimum noise; is seen as a great teammate. Gains trust and support of peers and customers through dedication to consistently delivering results, while encouraging collaboration.

  • Serves, as required, on project teams and manages projects with direction. May represent the office of compensation on task forces, and committees and project assignments.

  • Makes process improvement recommendations to improve efficiencies and increase customer satisfaction. Uses technology to increase efficiencies. Makes recommendations on new processes, current products, and new products that add value to the customer.

May perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Reporting Relationships: Reports to Director, Compensation Administration - Human Resources. This is an individual contributor role.

Typical Skills and Experience:

Education: Undergraduate studies in areas such as business administration, human resource management, analytics or related areas preferred.

Experience: Typically, three to five years of related experience in a business information analysis role, or similar business-related position that involves analysis, problem solving, planning, coordinating and organizing. Strong Excel experience required.  Project management experience a plus.

Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS and/or other HR systems, analysis concepts, various data sources and policies and procedures. Attention to detail a must. Able to conceptualize a business problem, define relevant issues, determine a methodology for exploring the problem, define alternatives and develop recommendations. Developed verbal and written communication. Good decision-making skills as well as possesses analytical skills. Attention to detail a must. Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.

Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager’s leader and HR Business Partner.
