This session will review the external factors driving greater focus on pay equity in the workplace, including the ever evolving state and federal regulations, and the impact of shareholder proxy proposals. It will also address how employers are tackling this challenge and the methods and tools available to assess the pay equity situation, to identify corrective measures to close pay gaps, to model the cost of different corrective actions, and to establish a sustainable process to manage pay equity over time.
